I send all specific information through e-mail or phone.

Prices depend on amount of work involved, and
can range from $50.00 and up.
Here's what I've charged in the past:

Most 16 x 20 inch custom digital paintings are $200.00 - $300.00.
Most 16 x 20 inch photo-manipulations are $75.00 - $200.00
Most 14 x 20 inch graphite drawings are $150.00 - $200.00

Yours could be lower or higher depending on how many subjects
and how much time is involved.
